Valerie made us feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable from the start. Before we arrived she communicated brilliantly, then shared great tips and hints in person, including the 'magic map' and mobile phone, which were invaluable. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on, and she even made bookings for us. The Riad was very comfortable and ideally placed for the medina. Breakfasts were fabulous and set us up for the day. Thanks to Valerie and team for everything. We’ll recommend the place and will definitely return to stay with Valerie.

Valerie gave us a very personal welcome and practical advice for finding our way around Marrakech and the Medina. She arranged a restaurant reservation, umbrellas, a rain poncho, airport transfer, and a taxi in the city. She also lent us a local phone so we could reach her or call a taxi. The Riad is small, tucked away, peaceful, and nicely refurbished. Breakfast was generous, and we felt at home and well looked after.

Valerie was wonderful and really cared about making sure we were happy throughout our stay. She even helped arrange two specialized tours near Marrakech in a single day. The comfortable rooms and decoration were lovely too. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in Marrakech’s old town, and our stay at Riad Cherrata was unforgettable. Valerie played a big part in that.

The people running Riad Cherrata, especially Valerie and her team, made the stay feel like home and did everything they could to make it go perfectly. The riad is small but beautifully put together, with lovely accommodation, and it’s quiet and clean. Its location in the Medina is great. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s truly special.
