Valeria Lixus Beach Resort - All In

We were upset when our car broke down on the day of our trip and we couldn't get to the airport in time. My husband had booked me a 7-day birthday stay at Lixus Beach Resort just two days earlier, but the reservation had no free cancellation. He wrote to ask whether we could move the arrival date, though I didn't expect them to agree. The next day they replied that they would change the booking, and their message was understanding and kind. We travel around the world and don't often receive such thoughtful, customer-focused treatment. We're very grateful and can't wait to visit Morocco and enjoy the place and its culture.

We're staying here now and have had a wonderful time so far. The service has been excellent and the staff are so friendly. Rajae at reception deserves a special thank you for her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning wasn't working, though in the cool March weather it didn't cause us any trouble. Our stay was memorable: we were here while my children were doing online school, and the hotel kindly let them use a quiet conference room. The team and Chef Hassan also made my son's birthday special with a personalized cake and delicious food. The staff were very attentive. Thanks to everyone.

Ms. Najat changed our room and kept up such consistent, efficient cleaning. Thanks for doing a great job. The food was the best part of our stay, so a huge thank you to Chef Hassan and the whole kitchen team for their dedication and for making our trip memorable. Best regards, Rachid & Loubna
