We were in Rabat for a football game, and Makass Hotel was an easy walk from the stadium. The room was bigger than we expected, with a huge living room, two bathrooms, a spacious shower, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and well kept. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it.

The receptionist was extremely rude, and we were given the worst apartment on the ground floor despite booking a Deluxe Apartment through Airbnb. I'd avoid booking this aparthotel that way. You can find something much better for the same money.

The apartment was exactly like the website photos, and it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff were friendly. Thanks so much to Omar, Jalal, and Nahela for making the stay memorable.

The location and surroundings felt safer than anywhere I've been, and the place was luxurious and extremely clean. Customer service was outstanding. I'll gladly return with my family, this time for a longer stay. One small thing that would make it feel more like home right away: a pod for the washing machine and another for the dishwasher. I bought them the next day, so it's only a suggestion to help keep the service at its best.

A quiet, very clean place with everything well equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the area was great, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby.
