Rent Inn Boutique Hôtel

Samir, the manager, was especially kind and professional, and you could tell the staff really cared about their guests. Rent Inn is a beautiful, well-run hotel right in the heart of Agdal. Everything about my stay went smoothly, and I’ll definitely come back.

The room was clean, the shower worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. During the seasonal change, though, there was no heat in the cafeteria, maybe because the winter gas had run out, and I was freezing. There was also daytime construction with nonstop knocking. For a one-night stay it might not matter much, but if you’re staying longer, it would’ve been good to know about the possible noise before the reservation was confirmed.

The room had just one towel, and it felt rough. That didn’t fit the “luxury” description or the 4-star rating on the hotel profile. The hotel is in a somewhat isolated area, which may suit someone wanting peace and quiet, but could feel uncomfortable for a woman on her own. Most things were fine and the facilities were good, but I booked the room for my girl on the dates mentioned, and a more serious incident left my wife extremely traumatized. At about 6 AM, she briefly went out, then came back to shower and get ready to check out. While she was changing in the room, someone outside tried to open the door. That’s unacceptable and raises serious concerns about safety and privacy. The quality and security should match the level of service the hotel claims to provide.

We had a really pleasant stay in Agdal. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. They even had my clothes washed within 12 hours, with a charge per piece of clothing, if you’re wondering.
