We came back for a second stay partly because of the night concierge, who was very helpful. The hotel was clean and air conditioned, and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast costs extra, which was the one downside, though the hotel is close to restaurants and the city center.

Room 25 had a leaking AC, and on the first night water covered the floor. Room 24 had a broken shower and toilet door. At reception, nobody seemed to know about my booking; after an hour of checking, I was assigned a room with two single beds even though my booking was for four single-bed nights and one double-bed night. I switched rooms and was charged another 100 Dirhams. They also added 250 Dirhams for an extra day after changing the rate overnight, without telling me beforehand. When my wife arrived, they demanded 200 Dirhams before letting her in. The reception staff were useless and untrained. I was staying as a guest through a company that managed my accommodation, and I hadn't paid for it myself, but all the uncertainty about whether payment would be made left me feeling as though they thought I might run away. Not recommended at all.

It's a friendly, pleasant neighbourhood, but there's a bar downstairs with a band that plays late into the night. The noise was really disturbing and annoying.
