The sound insulation needs attention. We could hear other guests laughing, talking, opening doors, and walking in the common areas and nearby rooms throughout the night, which made it hard to rest. That would be especially troublesome for business travelers, and I'd strongly encourage management to address it. The apart hotel itself has modern facilities, spacious areas, an appealing design, and a cozy feel. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, making the stay enjoyable.

I had no directions telling me where reception was, so I had to ask a passerby. When I got there, nobody was at the desk. This is supposedly a “3 star” hotel? Ridiculous!

The location is good, and the apartment is basic. There were problems with the hot water, and the microwave didn't work.
