The rooftop terrace alone makes the price feel worth it, those views were wow. We could walk to the Medina, Casbah, waterfront, banks, and plenty of restaurants. Everything else was wonderful too, from the clean rooms and lovely staff to the great service and breakfast. Such a beautiful place.

This was a comfortable stay, and I'd come back. The deluxe double worked fine for us, with a clean bathroom, daily room cleaning, and air conditioning. It's not a spotless, sharply polished kind of hotel, but the rooms feel authentic and make it clear you're in Morocco. Breakfast was good, and the location suited us, near mosques, the market, the beach, and local sights. The staff were very friendly. One thing to know: taxi fares can get expensive if you take one cab across areas, so learn the system and change between blue, white, and yellow taxis. My only reason for not giving five stars was that some of the room storage was damaged.

We always felt safe, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop was traditional, and the coffee was amazing. The riad has only a handful of rooms and is family-run, with a rooftop pool and views. It's right by a casbah at the western edge of the Medina, so everything is walkable, and taxis are just outside. The air conditioning was sensational, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Take your time and stay here, the location was phenomenal.

Hicham looked after us so well, from welcoming us to breakfast, and kindly let us leave our bags for a few extra hours after checkout while we toured the old city. This is a genuine Moroccan stay, close to some lovely places to visit. The rooms are clean and neat, though I wished there were another socket or two for chargers. The bathroom was a bit too small to be comfortable, but it worked. Just remember this isn't a five-star facility, though we came away with good memories.
