Abraj Bladi Resort

We changed rooms twice before realizing it was a waste of time. The first room was at the back, full of ants and smelling awful. The room in the main ryad was even worse, with exposed wires, faulty taps, a blocked shower drain, a wet toilet roll, awful bed sheets, dirty tables, broken door handles, an old TV that never worked, and a broken toilet flush. Nothing worked. We'd traveled for 3 nights hoping to celebrate our 9th anniversary in peace, but the stay turned into a nightmare. We spent our second day looking for somewhere else instead of enjoying our time out visiting. Getting a refund was a hassle, and they refunded us in dirham at a much lower value than what we'd originally paid. They're honestly damaging the image of tourism in Moroccan, especially Marrakesh.

The pool and garden at Abraj Bladi Resort were a great place to relax in the Marrakech sun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and full of authentic Moroccan charm. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant's Moroccan food and excellent service. The bar had a wide choice of alcoholic drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Mobarak, the manager, was especially kind, helpful, and professional. He made sure things ran smoothly and guests felt at home, and his attention to detail really added to my stay. I had an absolutely perfect visit and highly recommend the resort for a short getaway or a longer stay. I'll definitely return.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff treat customers very badly and don't show them respect. They keep preventing people from using the pool, saying it's under maintenance.

I went with friends after hearing there was an Amazigh concert. The reception was very nice, and the place felt luxurious. I really enjoyed my friend Lahou's song, and the waiter was very nice to everyone.
