The staff were the best part of our visit to Nobu Marrakech the day before Valentine’s Day. They were friendly and went out of their way to move us to a table nearer the pool, which made the evening feel special. The atmosphere was lovely, though it was colder than we expected on the rooftop and less comfortable. The food was full of flavour and beautifully presented, as you’d expect. It’s expensive, but the quality and experience reflect the price. The raspberry cheesecake was my highlight. My apple juice arriving quite warm was the only small disappointment. A great evening overall, just be ready for the higher prices.

The mushroom Old Fashioned was a real highlight, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at Nobu Restaurant Marrakech. The dishes were flavourful and polished, with the flawless execution and consistency you expect from Nobu. It’s a reliably excellent spot that never disappoints.

The staff made my birthday memorable, even bringing me tiramisu and singing for me. That was the highlight of my day, and the service was the best. This is the only Nobu I’ve been to that feels homey; the others feel a bit detached. I’ll definitely come again 🫶

Service was great, which made the food letdown even more unfortunate. The sashimi was average and didn’t seem cut to Nobu standards, and the house roll was bland and boring. At the rooftop bar they were out of two drinks; the restaurant had run out of our first wine choice too, then offered one at twice the price. They were also out of the padron peppers. I’ve been to many Nobus, and this was the worst. The brand seems to have slipped while focusing on hotels instead of food.
