The hammam was a memorable treat, though the full body scrub takes some grit. We also got to play the staff’s guitar, and Nora, Tom, and Mohammad made us feel like family, helping with directions and arranging taxis. That warmth is what would bring us back. The riad is also beautiful. The rooms have lovely linens and gorgeous bathrooms, breakfast was incredible, and its location made it easy to explore Marrakech on foot. We left feeling we’d found a second home.

Tom and Nora are such delightful, hands-on hosts, and all the staff have that same helpful, can-do attitude. Anything seemed possible within reason if you asked. We had a restful week and could dip in and out of the Medina’s chaos. Thanks to the whole team, we hope to see you again soon. The place feels peaceful, and the rooms are quiet for a Medina riad. It’s also car accessible. There are around 17 rooms, which gives it a boutique hotel feel while keeping the riad character. The pool was well maintained and a nice temperature, and we always found comfortable sunbeds. The pool area, bar, library, and sitting spaces are all exceptional. Our small double room suited me and my wife just fine. It had a fridge, AC, and TV, and was ready when we arrived, with the usual pleasant greeting, tea, and biscuits. Breakfast was a good change from the same meal every day at many riads, with a varied buffet that was consistently good. I came across the riad on a solo trip a few months ago, then returned for a week with my wife. For cost, location, size, and service, I think it’s the best riad. It’s well placed for getting around without being too close to the Medina bustle, and golfers have some amazing courses nearby. I’m sure anyone choosing this hotel will be happy.

I wanted a quiet, beautiful retreat, and this place was just right. I feel completely pampered and relaxed. There are lovely spots to unwind by the pool or on the roof terrace, plus plenty of tucked-away corners for reading. The design, service, and food all show great attention to detail, and the food is high quality with generous portions. I loved the coffee and chocolate Hammam, which smelled gorgeous. The treatment also included a massage with luxurious shea butter, and I didn’t want to wash it off the next day. The staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you, everyone!

Nora, Tom, Hamza, Nadia, and the rest of the team made sure we had a wonderful stay. Nora, the Manager, and Hamza gave us such a warm welcome. We booked through Expedia, but if you can, book direct. The hotel arranged a transfer in a clean Mercedes Vito taxi for 20 euros. Our room, 107, was beautifully appointed and very clean, with a four-poster bed, a lounge area, a dressing area, and a large bathroom. Breakfast was simple, plentiful, and delicious. We ate dinner there one evening. It was expensive, but the food and portions were worth it. I asked for my beef filet medium, though it came well done, and my wife had fish. Both dishes were delicious, and we ate in the courtyard. The hotel is at the southern end of the old town, away from the noise and bustle, but still well located. The furthest sights are about 35 minutes away on foot, so you get both convenience and a quieter setting. The rooftop also has amazing views of the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. Highly, highly recommend it.
