The same type of property was charged at three times different rates, with a one-bedroom apartment and family junior suite listed as the same property type. The bathrooms were leaky, the AC didn’t work, and the towels and bedsheets were poor quality. They wouldn’t offer a full refund even though it was their problem. Please check before checking in. Please check.

The apartment was neat and otherwise as expected, but the Wi-Fi was bad and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. We’d booked a place with three separate beds, yet there was bedding for only one. Two of us had to sleep without blankets, pillows, and/or sheets, including on a couch. After a long travel day, that’s not what you want. The host said they couldn’t bring more because everyone had already gone home, even though other apartments from the same host were still bookable through Booking. Not worth the money.

10/10
The host was thoughtful and proactive, always available to answer questions or help with requests, and their suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot-on. That made the stay feel special. The location was ideal, with easy access to Marrakech’s attractions and a peaceful place to return to. The amenities felt luxurious, from the beautifully appointed rooms and balcony views to the relaxing pool area. I had an incredible stay and can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the host and the entire

The apartment was cozy and clean, and the location was very good. Special thanks to the owner Tarik, who was very respectful.

The photos are manicured and the place is subpar and overrated. The neighbor is a nuisance, and the host is very nice, but the aggravation isn’t worth it.
