Amanjena

The dinner at the Moroccan Restaurant was a highlight. The food was authentic and full of flavor, and live Moroccan music made the evening feel magical, like a glimpse of Marrakesh’s soul. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, but the team made the stay unforgettable. Faty Zohara was gracious and professional, taking care of every detail and anticipating what I needed. Her warmth made me feel at home, not just like a guest. Sofiyane was also kind, attentive, and consistently ready to help with a welcoming smile. The service felt seamless and refined. Amanjena was a dream of a stay, and I can’t wait to return.

The biggest test came on our last night, when we realized we’d booked the wrong return flight date. Mr. Amine, our point of contact, was off duty but still stepped in with remarkable initiative and service. He helped us cancel and get a refund for the old booking, arrange a new flight, set up an early morning airport pickup, and have an amazing ultra-early breakfast in our room. He helped calm us down and gave a wonderful ending to an unforgettable stay. It’s easy to offer great service when everything goes smoothly, but harder to sort out a complicated problem like that. We spent four nights at AMANJENA Marrakech for our wedding anniversary, our first experience of AMAN’s way of doing things, and it felt very different from any hotel we’d stayed in before. Every detail seemed designed to make guests feel valued, at ease, and at home. The welcome, fabulous Pavillon, excellent room service, delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner at the Moroccan restaurant with lovely traditional musicians, and spa were all excellent. Service was always there and efficient, but discreet and private. We felt pampered without being hassled. There was nothing to complain about. I wouldn’t suggest it for young party people, but it’s lovely for adults looking for quiet and relaxation. I know Google comments aren’t the main goal of AMANJENA, but I hope ours might help future guests.

The food felt surprisingly average and didn’t meet the standard of the rest of the hotel. If you want a more exciting meal, be ready to dine out in Marrakech. The rest of the stay was peaceful, especially in summer. Amanjena is an architectural marvel, and our private pool felt like a secluded paradise. The spa offers fantastic treatments, and the staff were outstanding, attentive, friendly, and very professional.

So peaceful, and the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, and the food was amazing too. I’d recommend the restaurant and a sunset drink by the water :)
