The resort is on the outskirts of Marrakash, and we had a good stay there. My son loved the kids club Barcy. Camelia, Hajar, Asma, and Rita were especially friendly and welcoming. The activities were well planned and varied, including arts, darts, mini golf, and indoor options. I'd recommend both the resort and the kids club.

The grounds are beautiful, with palms, olive trees, and lemon trees to wander among, and the three pools were lovely and clean. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. On arrival, the staff took our bags, checked us in warmly, and drove us to the room. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, especially the local tagines each night and the lamb. The free daily shuttle to Marrakesh was a great service. My wife and I loved the peace, relaxation, and pampering, and we're already planning to return in 2026.

We had a comfortable, welcoming family stay, and the hotel was clean. The staff were lovely throughout. Zohair from Guest Relations deserves a special thank you for taking such good care of us and arranging a lovely surprise for our son's 4th birthday. It meant a lot. We'd highly recommend the hotel and will be back.

Barcelo is beautiful and clean, with varied food that was delicious every day. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, and the service was sublime. We especially enjoyed the Breeze bar inside the hotel, thanks in part to Mustapha, who was so welcoming. Omar at the main bar was funny and cheeky, too. This is definitely one of the places I'd most want to return to.

We had no anxiety leaving our toddler with Camlia, who was kind and clearly well trained in childcare. Hajar looked after our 2 year old so well at the baby club that he loved spending time with her, and we even booked her to babysit one evening. Such a brilliant team, a real credit to the Marcelo hotel.
