We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The Italian host was attentive and very friendly, and welcomed us warmly. Getting from the airport to the riad went smoothly, and communication before arrival was easy. The staff, especially Mohammed, were extremely courteous and helpful, and left a great impression. Our room was small but entirely adequate. It didn’t have a door separating the bathroom, and the windows facing the inner courtyard weren’t see-through but couldn’t be closed, so privacy wasn’t fully guaranteed. That’s something you can expect in a traditional riad.

Breakfast by the pool was my favorite part, and the rooftop had plenty of comfortable spots to sit, talk, or enjoy a drink. The riad is wonderfully quiet and the staff were always helpful. Each room has its own design, and ours was cozy and comfortable. It’s right in the middle of the city, with a beautiful interior. Really lovely place, highly recommend it.

Our room was adorable, and we really liked its cultural feel. The Dar has such a lovely atmosphere. It’s in the heart of the Medina, close to restaurants, shops, and historic sights. A taxi can’t take you all the way there, so expect an 8-10 minute walk after getting dropped off. It’s easy enough to find if you follow your GPS. I’d stay here again when I visit Marrakesh.

The breakfast was thoughtful, delicious, and filling, and we only wished we’d had longer to enjoy the stay. Alvaro was a gracious host and has done an incredible job decorating Dar Aurora. Every room we saw was beautiful.

The rooftop was lovely, there was a pool, and everything was clean. Breakfast was served each morning, and they brought us everything we asked for. The host welcomed us so warmly, was incredibly friendly, and gave us lots of suggestions for food and activities. Our stay at Riad Dar Aurora was perfect. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Marrakech.
