The service really stood out, with staff who were welcoming and quick to help. We also had a delicious breakfast included, and lunch or dinner there is worth trying at least once. The rooms are nice and the rooftop is beautiful. It’s outside the Medina, about a 20-minute walk. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

A big room, clean place, and nice people. Breakfast was on the small side, but enough for me. It was hard to find the entrance since there wasn’t a sign on the door.
We paid $137 (1370 MAB) for two nights, which seemed reasonable. The Medina’s walled area is about a 30-minute walk and makes for a good day out. This is a charming little hotel with six guest rooms spread over four floors, all reached by stairs. Youssef, the manager, is personable and clearly proud of this guest house, which had opened just a month earlier. His English is very good, and staff respond quickly to issues on WhatsApp at any hour. Fatima made a lovely Moroccan breakfast on the open-air top floor. Our room, 106, was clean and had nice details, a partly separate sitting area, and a large comfortable bed. The wall air conditioner let us adjust the temperature. The bathroom was small but fine. I posted photos, though I only took a video of the room itself and couldn’t upload it. There are a few things to sort out in this new space, though none seriously affected our short visit. Some areas and wall holes were unfinished, and the bathroom had nowhere for toiletries or drying towels. Its mirror was tiny and too low, and there was only a wall sconce, with no light at the mirror for getting ready. There was no luggage rack either. They’ll likely work these things out as they get more experience.
We were here in February and had a lovely stay. The Riad and its rooftop terrace were great, and the service was excellent. Khalil, our host, was outstanding and helped us organize a few day trips. Duncan & Isobel
A lovely, comfortable place at a reasonable price, with gracious and hospitable staff. Breakfast was authentic Moroccan and there was plenty of it. The Riad is less than a 15-minute drive or about a 30-minute walk from the busy Medina, so it’s easy to get a break from all the bustle.
