The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the management paid attention to every detail, from the scents to the little compliments. We had lunch and dinner there too, and the grounds and food could make it a lovely meal experience even for someone not staying at the hotel. It felt like finding an oasis in the middle of chaos. The grounds were lush, the facilities opulent, the breakfast phenomenal, and our spacious room had a terrace overlooking the pool.

We had to cancel our trip to Marocco for health reasons and told the hotel four weeks ahead. The hotel's replies about the cancellation were horribly unprofessional, just one line with no “hello” or “kind regards.” They showed no willingness to find a solution with us, such as rescheduling our stay. This isn't the communication or service you'd expect from a real five-star hotel. I'd advise reading the other one-to-three-star comments. For this price, you can find a much better offer in Marrakech at a hotel that values customer service.

We were 10 minutes from everything, yet Dar Rhizlane itself was quiet and calm. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms beautiful, and the service warm, kind and professional. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we recommend Dar Rhizlane 200%.

The garden is stunning and authentic, and the property itself is beautiful. Ayub and his colleagues made the visit even more special with their warm hospitality. Thanks, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Moroccan cuisine.

The hotel sits in a pleasant part of the city, a little away from the bustle of the Medina. You'll generally need a taxi to reach the main sights, and the hotel is happy to arrange one. We stayed in a beautiful, exceptionally spacious suite that was perfect for resting. The former villa has plenty of charm, with a lovely garden and many intricate, thoughtfully chosen furnishings and decorations. The staff were consistently kind, helpful and efficient while giving us the privacy we appreciated.
