I cancelled 24 hours before arrival because of a specific circumstance beyond my control, but after two months I still hadn’t received a refund. Scammers. Don’t waste your time or money here, pay more and stay somewhere else.

The nightclub is the main problem here. Music runs from 00h to 5h00, so you won’t get a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom had black mould everywhere, which is a safety hazard, and the breakfast area ceiling leaked, with a basket placed underneath to catch the water. We also had no hot water for showers on our second night, and the air conditioner was even louder than the streets outside. Luckily, none of us are light sleepers. The location is convenient, near the airport and city centre, and a taxi from the city centre cost MAD 40. The price was cheap too, MAD 1028 for two nights for three people. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The best part was the service from all the employees, from reception to Coffee and breakfast. It was super waw, and the hotel is centrally placed near everything. The rooms are small, as are the bathroom and pool, and there’s no mini bar in the room. Things need some clearance more.

The staff were good, but I won’t return. For the price, the room wasn’t worth it. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, the air conditioner didn’t work well, and the noise made it too hard for me to sleep at night.
