El Olivar Palace Marrakech Hotel

The staff were lovely, always smiling, and the location was great. Our room was a good size and neat, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. There’s an airport shuttle for checkout too. I'd definitely recommend El Oliver palace hotel. It’s family friendly as well, with baby cots available for kids. It also works for people with impaired mobility, with a lift and a wheelchair-accessible entrance.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the pool area was really nice. The staff were amazing. I can't remember all the names, but there was Zakaria, the restaurant manager, Mohamed Al-Aqra, Michael, the bartender, and the DJ. The food was diverse and genuinely delicious at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Everything at El Olivar was at a high level. We spent seven wonderful days here, in a clean, well-organized hotel with a lovely garden and spacious modern rooms, each with its own large terrace. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and the restaurant team was top-notch. There was plenty of variety, and the food was exceptionally delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here on May 10 with a tour group, and the issues in the rooms were so widespread that everyone decided to move to another hotel for the second night. That says plenty about the property's condition and management. This was a very disappointing stay and nowhere near 5-star standards. Several of us had serious maintenance and safety problems. Some patio doors wouldn't lock properly, the safety deposit boxes didn't work, faucets were loose, and there were sewage and drainage issues. The property looked poorly maintained and below what was advertised. A hotel claiming five stars should offer comfort, cleanliness, safety, and properly maintained facilities. This one failed badly on all of those. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless major renovation and maintenance improvements are made.
