I was really looking forward to breakfast every morning, and dinner is worth trying too. You can go out, but there’s no need to if you want a tasty meal. The location is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond when they learned it was my birthday, with good wishes, decorations, and flowers. I want to praise them again and again ❤️😁🙏🤝👏

The hammam was a nice experience, and we found the location handy for walking to the main sights. We got in quite late, but dinner was ready as arranged, and the rooftop breakfasts were excellent every day. The building is lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mohamed welcomed us, and he and the rest of the team looked after us throughout. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time at Ksar Fawz. Marjorie was a great help with check-in and our transfers, while HICHAM, MOHAMED and JAMAL HAMID took very good care of us. Layla, our wonderful cook, made the best authentic Morroccon cuisine. Love this place!

The staff made my dad’s birthday in Marrakech extra special by coming out to sing to him. They were welcoming and supportive the whole time. The place is beautifully detailed, extremely clean, and a peaceful escape from the crowded, noisy city. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and fresh. I hope I can come back soon!

The rooftop and interiors are beautiful, and the location is handy, with shops and street food nearby. The staff were so friendly. They helped us book tours and shared great recommendations, and even helped us at midnight when we’d booked our airport taxi for the wrong time.
