We spent a week at Es Saadi Palace in February, and the service was impeccable. Hayat looked after our room so warmly, and it was spotless and comfortable. Thank you, Hayat, for taking such good care of us. The room itself was wonderful, with a spacious, sunny terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The hotel is fabulous, breakfast was excellent with great service, and the location is handy for restaurants and walking to the Medina.

The room was spacious and clean, with lovely interiors, and the whole experience was great from arrival through checkout. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and accommodating, from the doormen and receptionist to the oud guys, spa staff, and dining teams. There are lots of classy restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to royal mansour, sahet elfenaa and mammonia. I’d stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Marrakech.

The garden was huge and beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. Everyone on staff was wonderful. Ahmed, the housekeeping manager, made sure we always had towels and water and turned down our beds. The lovely man at reception was great too. We haven’t watched your part in the ben kingsley film yet, but it’s on our list. Loved everything about our stay. The only bad part was having to leave. We’ll be back, thanks!

We spent a lovely birthday weekend at Es Saadi palace. Our suite was beautiful, with views over the garden and pool, and it felt like pure luxury. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The hotel was spotless throughout, and whenever we needed something, staff were right there to help without making us feel watched or interrupted. Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. A true five-star stay, and I’ll definitely come back. Thank you.
