This was the wrong choice for a vacation. The room was cold because the air conditioner didn't work, and there was no hot water. It was terrible for a family, with no table, clothes storage, or safe box. Water covered the floor, so we couldn't walk to the bathroom. A very poor hotel.

There was an apparent air of politeness, but I still ended up in a discussion over a misunderstanding about the room cost. If you book at the place, make sure you clarify the price. They also charge extra fees when you pay by credit card.

The accommodation is basic but clean, tucked into the back streets of the Medina district. Breakfast on the roof terrace was good.

The hotel had just reopened after Covid, and it was pretty good. The staff were really nice, and the location is perfect for walking pretty much everywhere.

The staff were friendly, but the place needs renovation and could be cleaner.
