I’m very happy I went. The service and staff were good, and I had an unforgettable stay at Hôtel Citta Rosa. From the moment I arrived, everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable. My room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and the location was good. It was a lovely place to relax, and I’d highly recommend Hôtel Citta Rosa for comfort and excellent service.

I booked through Expedia using Pay Later, but when I turned up to check in, the hotel wouldn’t honor the reservation. It was a complete waste of time. Why list the property on Expedia if you won’t accept the booking? I had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay cash, which was very inconvenient. Not worth booking.

The hotel facilities were very good, and the receptionist was really nice, caring, and professional. I left with a sweet memory.

An amazing place to stay. They treated me like family, especially Younes, who was such a lovely person. I’d come back in the future.

They didn’t honor my Expedia/hotels.com booking. Total time wasters and jokers. Don’t bother booking here.
