The rooftop terrace was a nice spot, and the restaurant food was really excellent (I’ve left a separate review). We also had a very good breakfast with three options. I stayed with two friends from December 22nd, 2025 to January 7th, 2026 during AFCON 2025. The location worked very well for us. Our rooms were clean and serviced daily, the appliances all worked, and the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning and heating both worked, which helped on some really cold days outside. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’d stay again and recommend it.

After missing a flight, I booked this place at the last minute. The staff were so accommodating when the air-conditioning in my first room struggled on a very hot Marrakesh day, and went out of their way to move me to a cooler room. The location is great, and the rooms are clean, modern, and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast included downstairs in the café. My daughter also got to enjoy the rooftop pool while we waited for our flight the next day.

Ahmed and Mohamed made the stay feel especially welcoming. They were always smiling, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. The calm atmosphere, clean, well-arranged rooms, and convenient location close to everything made the trip easier and more enjoyable. I felt comfortable and at home here, and will definitely stay again on my next visit. The experience from Tangier to Marrakech was truly unique.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the amazing Moroccan tea. The hotel is very nice and near the centre, and the staff were attentive and helpful with what we needed.

After seven visits to Marrakeix, this was my best stay, thanks to Fashion Hotel and the team. Ahmed and Mariam at reception gave us awesome attention, and Mariam who manages the restaurant was great too. The food service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent. We’ll definitely come back. Marcel&Laia&Arlet&Gael
