The hotel was a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooftop view was amazing at sunrise and sunset, and we loved the pool area, rooms, and the whole place. Hicham helped make our time there wonderful, and everyone was so nice. Hassan and Abdulla also made our drives around the area great. Breakfast was delicious, and there were lovely dogs everywhere who enjoyed treats with us. I really recommend it and hope to come back. Thank you and merci

We didn't stay even one night because the conditions felt uninhabitable. There was visible mold in the rooms, and toxic fumes from plastic burning outside filled the air. We have photos and videos of the mold, smoke, and staff's agreement to refund us. The receptionist/manager explicitly confirmed on video that we would get a full refund because of these conditions. After we left, they allegedly lied to Booking.com and refused to return our money. The management was extremely dishonest. This place is a health hazard and a scam. Avoid it.

The rooftop seating area was lovely and had great views, and the food was really good. My room was fine, and the service was very good. I read plenty of negative reviews, and honestly, some of the complaints are kind of correct. Still, if you want a hotel stay with a meal, this place is perfect.

I loved waking up to birdsong and sitting on the rooftop couches in the evening. The building has distinctive architecture and lots of places to relax, with fresh air and quiet mornings that are a welcome change from the city. The staff listened and handled problems really nicely. We had a very good time and liked the place, though we often went out to eat and explore. The breakfast buffet was very minimal, and the kitchen has limits in general. The WiFi was patchy and only worked in some spots. It's hard to see the city without your own car. There is apparently a shuttle, but we never used it. There's little to explore right around the hotel apart from ruins, though camel rides and quad tours are available. This hotel won't suit everyone, but it might suit you. I liked our stay.

The food and spa were both worth five stars, and everyone on the team was incredibly kind and helpful at all times. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Its architecture made me feel like I was in a movie. I'll definitely come back.
