The location is a real plus: it’s 400 meters from the street where you can catch a taxi, and Jamaa el-Fna Square is a pleasant walk away. The riad is spacious and nicely decorated, with a relaxing feel. I did notice an occasional faint unpleasant smell in the restroom, which could be improved. Still, I enjoyed staying here and found it a lovely way to experience Marrakech.

We circled back to Marrakech after travelling around Morocco, and stayed in two different rooms at Riad Les Remparts de la Kasbah during our 10-day tour. Both stays were amazing. It’s one of the best riads we’ve stayed in: beautiful, with gorgeous, spacious rooms. The bathrooms were by far the cleanest we experienced.

Getting to the riad can be a little tricky, especially by taxi. It’s down narrow alleys that only motorcycles or bicycles can fit through, so a taxi can’t drop you at the door. Contact the hotel and their porters can help with luggage. The staff and service were great during our family’s four-night stay. We had a clean room and bathroom, and I loved the room’s private terrace. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent selection. I’d still recommend staying here.

We arrived late from the airport and they kindly made us a delicious dinner. They were accommodating with our early mornings and late returns, and the people were so kind. The location is incredibly convenient too, with markets and pharmacies just a two-minute walk away. I’d highly recommend it.
