I came a long way from outside the city to visit this pool, which is far from central Marrakech, but the staff were extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. Their cold treatment felt discriminatory and racist. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and I strongly don't recommend visiting.

The apartment I booked had very dated furniture and decor, and the TVs were so old I couldn't even watch YouTube. The place does serve its purpose as an outdoor resort with all the amenities in one spot. The security guards out front were very polite, and the staff were okay too. With a few improvements, it could do even better.

This happened around 2 pm on April 30, 2023. The reception staff and security were rude and unprofessional, and the woman at the counter shouted at us, demanding an extra 5% if we wanted to pay the total bill with my friend's credit card. We were splitting the bill. The night before, I had paid 1200 MAD for my stay by credit card at reception, and nobody mentioned an extra 5%. My issue wasn't paying the fee, it was that staff seemed to apply rules and policies however they wanted and treat clients differently based on appearance and nationality. It was disappointing to see this in my country. The manager refused to give his name, then shouted and verbally abused us along with security. He gave no explanation or apology, just kept bringing up unrelated topics. They ruined our mood. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We pay for goods and services and should be treated with respect and dignity. Since this is my area of expertise, I advise the owners to review and investigate the surveillance footage. To be fair, we also met some amazing employees at the resort and had an exceptional experience with them. This is about the front desk employees, manager, and security, especially the receptionist who started the drama.

The rooms were in terrible shape, from the furniture, fridge, beds, bathroom, and living room. Music was blaring from 4 am to 2 pm, so you couldn't sleep. I bet the bed sheets haven't been changed in years. Just terrible. I do not recommend this place.
