Palais Tara & Spa

We loved the spacious, lovely rooms and enjoyed relaxing in the large tub after trips to the Medina. The rooftop terrace and pool area were great too. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooftop was a highlight, with beautiful city views. Watching the sunset there, looking directly at the mosque and hearing the call to prayer, was unforgettable. The Riad is right in the center of everything, and we could walk to Jemma Al Fnn in 5 minutes. After long days exploring, we were always glad to return. The place is clean, relaxing and welcoming, and smells amazing. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a view over the beautiful terrace, where we liked listening to the birds in the fresh air. Breakfast is included every day from 8am, and we enjoyed a full Moroccan-style spread each morning. Abdul was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with truly top-tier customer service. I can’t say enough good things about the Riad. I’d highly recommend it to everyone, especially if Abdul is working that day!

Breakfast was included and we absolutely loved it. It changed a little from day to day, and my husband and I now need this at home, hah! We also had dinner at the hotel a few times, and those were some of our favorite meals of the trip. The spa services were well priced, and the small pool was lovely. There were plenty of rooftop lounge chairs in different spots for sunbathing, plus cute hats to borrow. We stayed at Palais Tara and Spa for our honeymoon and felt safe and well looked after. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, checking in with us in the morning, answering questions and helping us plan the day with tours. The Medina location is great, on a quiet street, though noise could get a little loud sometimes because our room had a street-facing window. Our room was spacious, and the AC worked well to keep it cool. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay.

We felt like we were staying with family. The staff were attentive throughout and always greeted us with a smile. Our rooms were consistently clean, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. I’d also really recommend the spa. On our last day they kindly fit us in for facials and pedicures, with top service again. Communication with the staff was already amazing before we arrived. They answered all our questions promptly and handled things efficiently. A special thank you to Hassna, Ghizlan, Abdul, Ahlam and Anas. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)
