We found the owner extremely helpful and clearly proud of keeping the place clean. The rooms were cozy, with traditional local Marrakesh decor, and the WiFi was good. It’s conveniently located around the Koutoubia area, and we had a very pleasant stay. Because the building is so old, the owner has to be creative with the room layouts and ensuite bathrooms. In our family room for three, the bathroom had a shower curtain instead of a door. Aside from that, I can’t complain, and it fits the beautiful look of Marrakesh.

We had a great stay, even though it was only one night, and would definitely recommend the place. It was quiet, clean, and beautiful, in a great location, and our host was very helpful. The one thing that bothered us was having no door between the bedroom and bathroom. Maybe that’s cultural, but it felt a bit strange.
