Riad Adika

Our stay at Riad Adika Spa was our favorite in Morocco. I was traveling with my 69-year-old father, and Ibrahim and Hassan made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. They were kind and helpful the whole time, and we loved meeting the owner and his wife too. It felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than staying at a hotel. Our room was just right for the two of us, spotless, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The heat worked well when evenings got chilly, and the bathroom was very spacious, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. We looked forward to breakfast each morning, especially the fresh jellies with warm msemen bread. We didn’t eat dinner at the riad, though based on everything else, I’m sure it would be excellent. We arranged a taxi through the riad for an early pickup on our last day. It was waiting right on time, and Ibrahim carried our luggage all the way to the car, which we appreciated. Once you get used to the Medina, the location is perfect. The alleys to the riad were well lit and felt very safe, and we loved being in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and shopping were within walking distance, as was Dar El Bacha, home to Bacha Coffee. The rooftop was beautiful and peaceful, a lovely place to unwind. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ibrahim gave us genuinely useful tips for getting around Morocco. The staff were always ready to help, and breakfast was a delicious surprise each morning. A lovely, cosy riad with gorgeous rooms that still feel authentic.

The team at Riad Adika made our hen weekend so easy, from arranging transfers and tours to shifting furniture for a private rooftop yoga lesson. The riad is spotless and beautiful, and only a short walk from the souks and main sights. We loved the generous breakfast with fresh local produce, and the welcome dinner had the best tajine we tried in Morocco. An unforgettable stay, and we’d happily come back. Huge thanks to everyone at Riad Adika for going above and beyond.

It was so calm inside, even with the busy streets outside, and we didn’t see any bugs. The staff were great, carrying our bags from the car to the rooms, and the rooms themselves were just right with working AC. This tucked-away Riad ended up being the highlight of my time in Marrakech. I’ll stay here again.
