I was really disappointed with the service. I had booked a room, but when I arrived they said the place was full and my booking had been cancelled. They gave me rooms a little while later, but charged much more than the price on the booking. Breakfast also wasn't very good for what I paid.

We stayed at Riad Annada for a quick Marrakech visit from August 5th to 6th. The staff were exceptional, and the large pool was great for relaxing after walks around the Red City's streets, squares, and gardens. It's a fantastic location, not too far from the city center. One frustrating part: we'd booked room 6 on Booking.com, but the manager put us in room 4 instead. It was smaller and less conveniently situated, which made for a very unpleasant experience.

It felt like home during our family stay in August 2025. Karima and Halima were so kind to our children and took wonderful care of us. A big thank you to them. We can't wait to return.

The food was some of the best I've had in Marrakech, and the staff were just as good for friendliness and service. Special thanks to Halima, Karima, and the young team members who helped us at the hotel. The pool, lounges, and rooms were all spotless, everything looked immaculate. I'm definitely coming back. For me, it's the best riad in Marrakech.

Riad Annada is a lovely choice if you want some peace and quiet away from Marrakesh's hectic city life. The service is friendly too. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
