Riad Beldi is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has a peaceful, charming feel. Breakfast was delicious, and the team made sure every part of my visit went well. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. If you want an authentic and relaxing experience, I can't recommend it enough.

As a group of four girls, we felt very safe, and the streets were brightly lit. The Riad was beautiful, and the rooftop terrace breakfast was delicious, with something different each day. Everyone helped with directions, recommendations, and arranging activities and airport taxis. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend it for a visit to Marrakesh.

The location turned out to be a serious problem for us. The riad is tucked into a maze of small, unsecured streets, and getting there or back was stressful. Groups of men harassed us several times and followed us right to the door. We reported it to the police, then left a couple of days early because we didn't feel safe. When we raised the issue with the person in charge, they said it wasn't their problem, which left us feeling that our safety wasn't a priority. The description had mentioned a nearby street where taxis could drop us off, one of the main reasons we booked, but that wasn't actually possible. We found this misleading, and the riad refused a refund for the nights we didn't use. The staff were lovely and tried to help, and the riad was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, too. It has some nice qualities, but based on our experience, I’d be cautious about the location and safety.

The only small drawback was the walk to the main square. Otherwise, we had a great stay in a quiet residential part of the Medina. The host was friendly and very helpful, and breakfast came with fruit, tea, and local bread.

Saeed, mustafa and emad were all welcoming and lovely, especially Saeed, who was so hospitable. The rooms were a good size and had good facilities.
