Riad Bibazia

We had a fabulous three nights with Vincent and his wonderful team. The place is really quiet, but just minutes from the medina, and they arranged transfers, taxis, massage, and tables whenever we asked, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop tagines were excellent. The wine and beer were excellent too, at very reasonable prices. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, guys, we had a great stay 👏👏👏👏👌👌.

I stayed on my own for six nights and felt warmly welcomed from the start. It didn't take long to feel like part of the Riad family. A peaceful place, with staff who were professional, courteous, and kind.

We spent three lovely nights at Bibiza Riad in Marrakech. The old medina location made it easy to reach the markets, different places to eat, and charming coffee shops, while the street itself was peaceful. Hisham was especially helpful, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended for a delightful, memorable stay.

We checked in on Monday and only found out after the five-minute check-in that there was no water in the accommodation. We couldn't wash our hands, flush the toilet, or shower. They'd received a message from the government on Sunday evening, the night before, saying the water problems in Marrakesh could last 1-3 days. Since we were staying two nights, they knew water would be unavailable during our visit but didn't tell us beforehand. We asked at reception to cancel and find a solution, since this was our holiday and we wouldn't be using the room or facilities. They called the owner, who argued with us and wanted to charge my credit card for one night. We left the Rihad because of the brutal attitude. One star for service.
