The souks were only a five-minute walk away and Jemaa El Fnaa about ten minutes, so the location worked really well. There are lots of friendly cats, and the rooftop area is beautiful too. We had daily room cleaning and a delicious breakfast. I honestly thought the place might be too good to be true, but we had an amazing stay. The hotel had opened just three weeks earlier and was clean, with a really friendly, accommodating team. Dorothee was fantastic and helped arrange taxi transfers to and from the airport, and Abdul was kind and helpful as well. We were greeted with Moroccan sweets and mint tea. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We especially appreciated the team. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful, and when we came back in the evenings they asked about our day and shared useful Marrakech advice, from excursions and sights to bargaining with local sellers. Zourhair deserves a special thank you for being such a delightful and reliable contact throughout our week. We felt genuinely welcomed, not like just another guest. Riad Cedrat is near the Mellah and Bahia Palace in the Marrakech Medina. Markets, squares, sights, and alleyways are easy to reach on foot, while the spot is quiet enough to unwind after a busy day. Our arrival was well organized, and that warm, personal feeling continued throughout the stay. The terrace was a lovely place to relax, and breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared each morning. For us, it was the right place for a week in Marrakech: authentic, personal, peaceful, central, and with service that made the stay special. We'd return anytime.

The rooftop breakfast was magnificent, and the manager gave us helpful suggestions for walks, places to eat, and excursions. We particularly recommend the Atlas Valley trip with a private guide. Seeing the Berber villages and Atlas scenery was unforgettable. We spent two nights at Riad Cédrat in early March, and found it clean, peaceful, and impeccable. The bedding and linens were high quality, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We'd gladly come back, and thank all the staff again.

We loved being able to walk to the sights, souks, restaurants, and squares, then come back to the calm of the riad. It sits right in the busy, lively Medina, yet feels like a peaceful oasis as soon as you step inside. The place has been completely renovated into a beautiful, minimalist and stylish space that still has an authentic oriental character. Dorothee, the owner, and her colleague Samira were attentive, caring, and hospitable from the start. We felt welcome right away. Each morning there was a delicious breakfast by the fireplace, prepared with real care, and we were even given keys to the riad so it felt like home. The place and the people made our Marrakech trip unforgettable. A lovely choice for anyone wanting a warm, serene, authentic experience.
