I came away feeling safe and cared for in every sense. The director, wonderful Abdeeeel and the girls all stepped in when unexpected problems came up, in ways that even friends might not. Being told to feel at home can sound like a kind phrase, but here it really did feel intimate and true. My dears, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. What a wonderfully human and humane team. I hope I see you again. I love you all 🤗❤️

We were left without anywhere to stay when we arrived. We'd booked through Booking.com, but the staff told us they had no reservation for us and that the hotel was closed for building work. The staff member checked his phone and confirmed our booking was in his system, so I don't think there's an excuse. If the place wasn't available, bookings should have been closed. Being turned away in a foreign country caused me a lot of distress and triggered a panic attack. Luckily, we found a much better hotel nearby. We had paid £170 but received only £164 back. Some people might consider £6 a small amount, but it's the principle. After putting us in such a difficult position, the hotel shouldn't profit from us. I do appreciate that the staff member gave us his number as a contact, but we had to call and text several times before we got the refund. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here.

This hotel is a scam. We didn't stay there because it was temporarily closed, and they still haven't returned our money. They even told our bank that we stayed for four nights and had to pay. Scammers and liars, bring our money back! Please don't book this hotel. It's fraud.

After our first night, we told them the noise was too much and agreed to stay for just one more night. But when we got back at the end of the day, they asked us to pay and leave that same night because they wanted to rent the room. We had to find another hotel as darkness was falling, which was not ideal. The upper floor rooms are so poorly separated that you can have a conversation with the person next door. The linen was substandard, so I slept in my sleeping bag liner. We paid in cash as requested, then found that they had also charged the card we used for the reservation. Avoid.
