Riad Hermes

For my first riad stay, I couldn't have picked a better place. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the location was good, not far from the markets and other important spots. Zafar, though I'm not sure I've spelled that right, welcomed me kindly late at night, let me check in, and showed me the room and terrace. What a gem! The room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was good. The terrace pool is a real plus. The woman who checked me out was lovely and kind. Recommended!

I got sick during the trip, and the staff cooked rice and chicken to help me feel better. They were gentle, and the owner was really nice about our booking and requests. The place is beautiful, calm, and relaxing, and the gommage and massage were so good, highly recommend them. The only downside is that the rooms are relatively small. We were fine with it because they were comfortable, but it's useful to know.

Mohammed and his lovely family looked after everything and helped us throughout our stay. We had a great time at Riad Hermes, and it will be our first choice in Marrakesch. It was a lovely place to unwind and leave the stress behind. Thanks, guys, for making our holiday so comfortable, special, and unforgettable.

I’ve stayed in more than 10 riads in Morocco, and this was by far the worst value for money I’ve experienced. You can find much better places in the €30-50 per night range. We’d chosen this “good” riad for a special New Year’s Eve and booked a nice room at €110 a night for two nights. Instead, they said they were overbooked, moved us to a downgraded room, and offered dinner as compensation. The room smelled bad and felt very humid, and the dinner wasn’t anything special or enough to make up for the room change. Then on the second day, they told us we had to move to another riad, which we hadn’t been told about beforehand. It was a really disappointing stay. This was my third time in Marrakech, and I’d never had hotel problems like this before. The organization was poor and the room conditions were bad.
