Sana made our stay special with her kindness and care. She welcomed us so warmly, and we’re very grateful for all she did. The three-story riad was exceptional, with all the comfort and charm we could have hoped for. The wider complex felt worthy of a Club Med, with a mini-market, pharmacy, restaurants, a bakery, and three swimming pools, all secure and well maintained. Every moment of our vacation here felt magical. We’d highly recommend this incredible place.

Room #13 was the worst hotel stay of our trip to Morocco. The sink was clogged, the shower was filthy and unusable, and the mirror light didn’t work. There were no bulbs in the light sockets, and cleanliness overall was poor. At breakfast, the pastries were put on the table with bare hands right in front of guests. I really wouldn’t recommend it.

The residential complex is very good, close to the center, and has restaurants, a supermarket, and a swimming pool. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable, but it needs better cleanliness and is missing some basic items, like toilet paper.
