Riad Jalina

Everyone at Riad Jalina was friendly and quick to offer suggestions or help with questions. We booked a cooking class and hammam through the riad, both of which I recommend. The room was cozy and spacious enough for one or two, and we had breakfast by the pool each morning. The riad is beautiful and very conveniently placed in the medina, around an eight-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Our airport transfer dropped us as close as it could, then the manager walked us the rest of the way. We felt safe during our stay. A child in the alley occasionally tried to scam us for money, but otherwise everything was fine. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff.

Riad Jalina gave us the relaxed, authentic stay I was hoping for, and it was an affordable kind of luxury. I brought my husband for a birthday surprise, and the team arranged a private candlelit dinner, rose petals on the bed, our excursions, and even a massage in the room. The service was lovely from the moment we arrived. Being in the Medina also meant we could experience Moroccan life and culture. ❤️

The staff, including Ridwan, Karim, and the rest of the team, treated us like family. It was our first time in Morocco, and our stay in Marrakech became such a memorable experience. Riad Jalina will always mean a lot to us. The place is like a work of art, with beautiful design and decor, and it looked just as good in person as in my photos. Everything was extremely clean, with daily room service. We loved the toiletries too, they left our skin and hair so soft. Breakfast each day was wholesome and tasted so fresh, especially compared with the processed food we’re used to in America. If we get the chance to return, we hope you remember us. The people we met here made this trip feel really special, and we’re grateful to Mustafa, Radwaan, and Najaj. I’ve stayed in luxury five- and seven-star hotels in major cities, but nothing matches how these three looked after us. We made friends for life and would return just for them. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. Radwaan, the property manager, welcomed us and kindly let us check in early. He then offered lunch, freshly cooked by housekeeper najaj, and it was by far the best lunch. He kept offering little extras to make sure we felt relaxed, safe, and comfortable. The riad has a beautiful atmosphere, a gorgeous and very clean indoor pool, and a lovely lounge that looks over the pool, mixing modern and traditional styles. There’s a terrace for working out or relaxing, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms stocked with essentials. Breakfast and snacks were delicious, and the cook is brilliant. Local amenities are just a short walk away. We also got fresh towels daily and robes.
