The team made us feel at home and took care with every detail, especially Hasan and Muad, who were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We also had some lovely conversations with the owner, which made the stay feel personal. A daily highlight was the delicious Moroccan tea 🫖. After busy days in the city, Riad Janate & Spa felt like a calm, clean oasis. The design and authentic Moroccan atmosphere are beautiful, and the location is great. Jamella gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. My first hammam was unforgettable, deeply relaxing, and beautifully done. The whole stay was amazing. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Muad made us feel like family with his thoughtful, attentive hospitality. It was our sister's birthday trip, and he handled all the arrangements discreetly. He even kept a separate breakfast ready for our two-year-old, who slept past the usual serving time. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice available on request. After checkout, he also stored our suitcase so we could explore the medina without worrying about it. We were greeted with mint tea by the pool, which made a lovely start to our first night in Morocco. Although we asked at the last minute for a late-night hammam, Muad arranged it, and the spa team were wonderful. We had some of the best massages of our trip, especially Souad's. The riad is stunning, with a rooftop that's perfect for relaxing. It seems very popular and is often fully booked, so it’s easy to see why. We’d absolutely come back if we can find a room.

The staff were so kind and ready to help, especially Hassan, Mouad, and Mohamed. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is impressive, with beautiful decor, a distinctive atmosphere, and a relaxing indoor pool. Our room was spotless and neatly arranged. Breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent. Highly recommend!

What stayed with us most was how thoughtfully everything was cared for. The team were so kind and attentive to what we needed, and Moaud especially deserves a mention. Riad Janate is beautifully kept, with lovely Moroccan craftsmanship alongside comfortable touches. It felt like a special place to stay, not just somewhere to sleep, right in the heart of Marrakech.
