We visited in December/January, so we didn't use the pool or roof terrace, though both would be great in warmer weather. Hopefully we'll get to try them next time. The courtyard inside is gorgeous, and our room was clean, well equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and really helpful, arranging trips and taxis for us. I'd suggest asking them to book taxis, since two we arranged ourselves never showed up.

The location worked really well for me, central but tucked away to the side, and it felt worth the price. My room was spacious, spotless, and had good air conditioning. I also loved the terrace and pool, which I had all to myself. Anne was especially lovely. She met me at the Mellah, brought me to the hotel, then helped arrange transport and took me back there for an early airport taxi.

Our rooms were spotless and really nice, and the owners were incredibly kind. They were happy to sort out breakfast and share their suggestions for the best places to go.

Breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the Riad itself was peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Omar was especially incredible and indispensable, going well beyond what we expected. Getting there from the main square can be a bit of a maze, and many taxi drivers and tour operators don't know where it is. You need to walk about 5-6 minutes to meet them, though that wasn't a big deal. The shower also didn't drain very well and needs clearing. Water pressure was okay, but maybe that's just how it is across Marrakesh, I'm not sure.

Omar, Anne Marie, and the owner were all so accommodating, and the place felt like a home away from home. Riad Kale Polis was comfortable and in a very convenient location, with great value for money. Many thanks, we really recommend it and hope to return next year.
