Spotless rooms, a really good breakfast, and very friendly staff made this an excellent stay. Anass deserves a special mention for being so helpful and ready to assist. We booked the city tour, the Agafay Desert trip, and the Ourika waterfalls outing through the hotel, and everything was organized very well. I highly recommend those excursions.

Anass made a real difference to our stay. From the start, he was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made sure we were comfortable and looked after. The rest of the team were just as kind and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions, offer advice, or lend a hand, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. I hope future guests get the chance to meet them too.

The staff were friendly, and the area gives you a view of the “real” medina, where local people live beyond the tourist spots. It’s more than 1km from restaurants and the other places nearby. The riad is cute, but the rooms are tiny and don’t block sound. If sleep matters, I’d choose another hotel. Avoid the cellar room too: it’s humid-smelling and has no windows. Breakfast has a wide selection and tastes good, but can take up to an hour, so don’t count on a quick meal.
