I chose this hotel after trying a few places in Marrakech, and it was easily the best. Yusuf was very helpful. When I said we needed to leave early and asked if breakfast could be ready an hour sooner, he kindly arranged it. The terrace was beautiful, the decor inviting, and the room, especially the bathroom, was really clean. I highly recommend it.

The pre-arrival communication was late and a bit hard to follow. I even got the standard message a day after I'd arrived, which made me laugh. But don't let that put you off: when I got there, the welcome was warm and the staff were always available to help. It's a beautiful riad with good rooms, air conditioning, and nice showers with hot water. There are lots of decorative details, and breakfast is served from a lovely rooftop. A real hidden gem.

Salma made my stay especially memorable. She always checked that I was having a good time, prepared a nice breakfast and mint tea, and we had some really pleasant conversations. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The location and facilities were nice too. I'll definitely come back to Riad Miss Caracal on my next visit to Marrakesh!

We loved staying here. The location was great, and the staff were professional. Our rooms were big and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The riad is beautiful inside, with very nice rooms. It's well placed for the Mellah, Badi Palace, and Ferblantiers/Tinker square, and the neighborhood felt secure even when we walked back late at night. Compared with other riads, the bedrooms weren't tidied up each day, but it was still a fantastic place.
