The staff made our three-night family stay worthwhile. They were attentive at breakfast, helped arrange transport to our next destination, and offered kind, useful recommendations. The central location also made it easy to get around. The rooms are simple and standard, and I found the beds comfortable enough. The bathrooms connect to the rooms and aren't fully closed off, just separated by a half wall, though I think that's standard here and they do have separate bathrooms. We had a nice time and would say it was worth the stay.

The location is perfect, and though the place feels a bit worn and tired, it worked for a few days. It was quiet and very clean. Azizza (spelling?) did the daily cleaning and most of the breakfast, and she's a sweetheart. Breakfast itself was very nice and adequate. I found the online pictures misleading, especially about the room sizes. Our bedroom was really snug, and its hanging hooks weren't practical. In the bathroom there were no hooks, only a 'ladder' for towels, and nowhere to put things, so I asked for a chair. The sink slanted and the toilet was unstable, although the shower had hot water and good pressure. Mustafa did his best, but paying for our three nights wasn't smooth. We expected to pay by credit card through Booking.com and had to get cash instead. The stairs are quite narrow, and honestly, getting to the top 'sun' deck wasn't worth the effort.

Mustapha really made our trip with all his tips for exploring Marrakesh and beyond. My friend and I stayed at Riad Naya for four nights, and it felt like home. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. He's a wonderful host.

Such a lovely surprise. We had a wonderful stay, with a great host who made us feel safe and helped with lots of things, including transfers, luggage storage, printing boarding passes, and tours. The breakfast was really enjoyable, and the place is beautiful, in a quiet area close to everything. Great service and the best quality for the price.
