Breakfast was such a lovely, personal touch: it was brought just for us whenever we wanted, with eggs made to order. Our teen got an artful fruit salad each day, too. The whole Riad feels gorgeous, quiet, and restful, with lovely scents, spa-quality bath products, and lush linens and towels. The care, compassion, and help from everyone went way beyond what we expected. It’s not just a hidden gem, it’s the HOPE DIAMOND. We felt like royalty and are so grateful. Thank you!

The staff greeted us with warm smiles every day and were genuinely happy to help. They answered our questions, helped plan activities, and arranged day trips and reservations, including calling ahead to let places know we were coming. That made the stay a wonderful experience. Riad O’Zeen is a beautiful, clean, majestic place in the old Medina, with orange trees, natural light, and a water feature in the courtyard. It feels like a bit of nature right in the city. The rooms each have a private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, comfortable beds, and traditional breakfast with Moroccan tea. We had the option of eating in the dining room off the courtyard or on the outdoor patio upstairs. Coffee and fresh orange juice were delicious. It’s a short walk to the Medina and can be reached by car. Taxis can pick you up nearby for day trips or other activities. There’s a supervised car park and street parking in front of the Riad. The Moroccan military has a station at the end of the street.

We came away feeling grateful for such a lovely stay at Riad O Zeen. It was peaceful and relaxing, with a warm welcome, tasty breakfast, and kind, attentive staff. A little slice of paradise in Morocco.
