Riad Prada was great value, and I’d really recommend staying there. It’s beautiful and right in the heart of the city, close to the main attractions. Our room was spotless. Christine was very responsive to messages, and Zachariah and Oublie were brilliant and helped with everything we needed. They welcomed us with Moroccan tea and prepared a delicious traditional three-course Moroccan dinner on our first night because we arrived late. They also arranged our transfers and helped with boarding passes. Note that Marrakech airport requires them to be printed. Thank you, Riad Prada!

Medi and Zakaria, our main hosts, made us feel at home from the start. They kept checking that we were okay, and their kindness meant a lot since it was my partner’s first time there. The Riad was clean and cozy, and everyone working there seemed to really care about the place and its guests. We could walk to pretty much everywhere, which made exploring easy. At a couple of points when we were out, I didn’t feel completely safe as a girl in a new place because the streets could get busy and overwhelming. The Riad team reassured me, walked with us when we needed to go somewhere, and made sure we were okay. They were always happy to help and never made us feel like a bother. I’m grateful for how well they looked after us. The stay made our trip much better, and I’d recommend this place and stay again. I can’t wait to come back.

The bill needs checking. Staff were friendly and helpful, the Riad was pretty, the rooftop gave us a nice view of the city, and breakfast was tasty. It’s also well located for getting to the old city. We were charged VAT twice, once in the Booking.com reservation price and again on the invoice. It took more than a month to address because they didn’t properly investigate it themselves, so we had to gather all the evidence and submit a dispute through Booking.com. The dispute still wasn’t resolved 1.5 months later. They didn’t honor the reservation price shown on Booking.com. This may be a habit of charging VAT twice, so check your bill carefully.

Zakaria was lovely and helped us throughout. The staff also arranged all our excursions, including a camel ride, ATV ride, hot air balloon ride, and Ourika Valley tour. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. 10/10 stay.

The rooftop was such a peaceful escape from the crowds, and the views were stunning. The staff took wonderful care of us the whole stay. On my partner's birthday morning, they even brought out a cake with candles and sang happy birthday in Berber. The price felt more than fair for that level of service. We'd be back in a heartbeat.
