Nour Eddine made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He was welcoming, helpful, and a perfect host. The riad was a peaceful refuge in the busy city, and I looked forward to breakfast in the quiet courtyard each morning. The whole family enjoyed our stay at Riad Sassa Finda. After checkout, Nour kindly let us stay and use the riad as our home while we waited for a late flight. I really appreciated that. My only little tip is to ask in advance if you want the beds made or the room cleaned during your stay. I’d highly recommend this place.

Nourdin and the staff are lovely, and the riad is clean and beautifully furnished. It felt like a good-value place to spend a few days in the medina. Nourdin was happy to help, and his English was enough to explain what we needed, though French is clearly an advantage. Breakfast was delicious and included. Each morning Nourdin played calm music and lit incense, adding to the cosy feeling inside. The building has the usual riad features, with a fountain and plants, and its small number of rooms gave it an intimate feel with the other guests. The narrow street and entrance seemed bizarre and a bit sketchy from a European perspective. A taxi can’t reach the door, so you’re dropped nearby and walk the rest. I’d suggest asking Nourdin to meet you the first time. The location felt away from the busiest souks and the city centre. That helped with the noise, though it also made us less comfortable walking around at night, even though Marrakesh is considered very safe. With so many riads to choose from, Riad Sassa Finda stood out for the price and what it offered.
