Riad Teranga

As a solo traveller, I was a bit hesitant about booking a Riad, but the on-site staff were super friendly and helpful. Once you get the hang of the lanes, it's convenient to walk to the Souks and Jemaa Al'Fna. The place is cosy and lovely, breakfast was good, and the on-site meals were tasty and well priced. They even offered to pack breakfast for an early tour departure. I booked a day trip with them and the process was seamless. I'd also arrange your airport transfer through them so you get delivered safely to the Riad, and get a local SIM card from them since it's cheaper than at the airport.

My family and I stayed at Riad Dar Teranga on vacation in Marrakesh. We were welcomed with mint tea on the first day, and the housekeeping staff met us each morning with fresh breakfast. The staff were always around when we needed them, whether we wanted a friendly chat or had a request. Everything was impeccable, from the rooms and location to the staff and service. It's a beautiful place to stay, and we'll definitely book again next time.

Youssef was the best part of our stay. He was kind, incredibly helpful, and ready with recommendations for anything we needed. He also sorted out our airport transfer, excursions, and SIM card, making everything easy. The riad sits right in the Medina, so we could walk everywhere and really get that authentic feel. Youssef made our two-night stay wonderful. He warned us about things to look out for, helped arrange activities, and even walked us to the airport taxi pickup because our driver didn't speak English. When we were rushing one morning, he packed breakfast for us, and he was always trying to find us good deals. Wait until you reach the Riad to buy a SIM and data, it's much cheaper there and Youssef can help you get it sorted. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
