The rooftop terrace is a lovely extra, and the riad is very well located and up to an excellent standard. It’s run by a delightful French couple who have lived in Morocco for more than 10 years. They’re welcoming and gave us helpful advice to make our time in Marrakech a great one.

Beatrice, who speaks English quite well, walked with us all the way to the main square on our first day to show us how to find the riad again. That was really helpful, haha. We were also offered an airport transfer, which I’d recommend taking since the riad can be hard to find. It’s a small riad with five beautiful rooms, run by the very friendly French couple Francois and Beatrice. Jemaa el fna is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and the souks and their Moroccan shops are just two minutes away. There’s a nice roof patio where you can relax away from the busy souks. Each morning, Francois and Beatrice made a lovely breakfast with fresh orange juice and eggs however you wanted them, cooked, scrambled, or as an omelette. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Marrakech.
