The reception team were the highlight for us. The guys were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay, five stars to them for their service and friendliness. The location is handy too, with a money exchange right outside and Jemaa el-Fnaa about a 5-minute walk away. The room was quite small for a property marketed as 4-star, and the bathroom door seemed slightly too large for its frame, so it wouldn’t close all the way. Breakfast was average: two pancakes with maple syrup, jam, and butter. The mosambi (fresh orange) juice was perfect, though, and the Moroccan mint tea was definitely the best part. We enjoyed our stay, but the property didn’t quite feel up to a 4-star standard, so we’d rate it 3 stars overall.

Houda, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and kind, and always ready to help. Outman was working during our stay and was exceptionally attentive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable at any time. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was a short walk away from this perfect location in the heart of Marrakech. I highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting, it’s a great place to experience Moroccan hospitality.

I didn’t stay here, but I needed a place to pray and the hosts made room for me and helped my wife and me out. Their kindness and the way they treated us meant a lot. Inshallah, I’ll get the chance to stay next time.

The rooftop was such a relaxing spot, and our room was great. The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was always really good. It’s in a great location if you want to shop at the market.

Not a top class hotel, but it’s very nice and the location is really good, within walking distance of several attractions. The people working here are amazing and help you with a big smile.
