The restaurant music made an early night or a peaceful rest impossible, which we would have appreciated after the buzz of life at the main place. I should have paid more attention to reviews mentioning the room and place's downsides. During the few days I stayed, I kept running into problems with the manager and staff, and poor customer service on most occasions. Important emails went unanswered, breakfast arrangements weren't followed, and I often had to go looking for someone to get help. The problems throughout the stay badly spoiled my time and left me regretting coming to Marrakech at all, even though most other guests seemed to enjoy their visits.

The riad was a calm retreat from the busy streets, with beautiful, detailed architecture. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our airport pickup and transfer went smoothly and professionally, which made for a great start to the holiday. We also really recommend booking dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were exceptional. Thanks to all the staff for being such great hosts.

We'd wanted to stay in a riad inside the Medina for a long time, and this place didn't disappoint. In the middle of the city's bustle, it felt like a quiet world of its own. Our room looked over the pool, and we woke to water trickling into a fountain decorated with flowers. The pool was lovely to swim in. The well-known restaurant was busy every night we were there, and we ate there one evening. The waiter suggested a very good Moroccan sauvignon wine. All the staff were helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. A real treasure.

The staff were delightful and always willing to help. It was wonderful to have a hammam here, and the rooms were works of art. Ours overlooked the pool. Breakfast was very substantial, served in a courtyard where red and white roses filled the fountain.
