The staff were polite, helpful, and gave us great service throughout. The hotel’s green spaces were lovely and relaxing, and the buffet had good food with a nice range. I also thought the spa was excellent and worth trying. It’s some distance from the city centre, but the shuttle is easy to book in the app for both directions, which made getting around convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathroom seemed a little dated and could use renovation. I visited in December: the outdoor pool wasn’t heated and the water was cold, but with temperatures in the low twenties I still managed to swim and enjoy it. There were plenty of sunbeds without needing to reserve one. The pool bar’s snacks and drinks were average but fine. A relaxing spot and good value for money.

We had a really enjoyable stay in late January and would happily return. The food stood out for both its quality and range, especially the local dishes. It was nice to see the catering managers and chefs in the main restaurant at every meal, checking the food and chatting with guests. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about the resort. The city shuttle was reliable and very handy, and we’d recommend staying here to friends.

What made this feel like a five-star stay was how personally the staff looked after us. Everyone we met took time to get to know us, and we loved chatting with them. The pool bar team were especially attentive. Kawtar and Hisham at the lobby bar deserve a mention: Kawtar was such a bright presence that I feel I made a real friend, and Hisham’s cocktails were award-worthy. Tarik from activities made everything fun and was so welcoming. All the staff were a delight, and the people we met turned the trip into an unexpectedly memorable one. We also loved the padel courts, which really stood out. The hotel is in a beautiful, slightly remote setting that felt like a little escape from the busy city. The restaurant had a good choice of dishes at each meal, and we enjoyed trying different tagines every day, plus the poolside pizza bar. There was a good drinks selection too, including branded bottled beer in the all-inclusive package. They had a cocktail menu, but the staff were happy to make something off-menu if asked. We researched before booking, and the high ratings felt well deserved.

Khalil kept us laughing and moving, from poolside zumba to evening disco. I won’t forget to use my shoulders when I dance again! The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and really involved in making our stay special. We’d definitely recommend it and plan to come back. A big thank you to Khalil.
